  We've always gone to H&R but this year we wanted to save some money so we decided to go to EG Tax. It was by far one of the worst experiences we've ever had. The office is basically in a run-down house, the person that took care of us was extremely unprofessional and we felt uneasy when we left. He not only missed out on a bunch of money we were supposed to get back but he couldn't even answer basic questions on what we should be claiming and how to get more money back next year. So much for looking out for the customer. Consequently, we're now getting our taxes amended at H&R and we're both getting money back. Will never go here again, and lesson learned!
